MEET JON

COACH

In a previous life, I played professional rugby for close to a decade, as a front-row player for both Premiership and Championship clubs. Since retiring, I have gained Level 3 personal training qualifications, accreditation in strength and conditioning, and both an undergraduate and postgraduate degree in strength and conditioning. I have loved my varied journey in fitness, coaching everyone from professional rugby and cricket players to those just starting out on their fitness journey!

I have worked in outdoor group training for a number of years, and it is an amazing environment to become the best version of yourself. It’s fun, challenging, encouraging, and varied! As a coach, my aim is to help you move better, get fitter and stronger, and generally become harder to kill! Hopefully, you’ll make some amazing friends along the way too!
