In my youth I was a professional footballer and since retiring at a younger age than planned, I had to find a new fitness path in life. So I harnessed my passion for exercise and qualified as a level 3 Personal trainer, became a Kettlercise instructor!
I am passionate about the benefits of exercising particularly outdoors and doing it with likeminded people. It will push you harder than you knew possible. Whether you are doing it to lose weight, improve physical or mental health or just be around other people having a good time it doesn't matter, because you will end up benefiting in all those other areas too and there is no better feeling!

Since a very young age, health and fitness have been a natural part of my life. It’s never felt like a chore — it’s something I’ve always been drawn to and passionate about. When Covid hit, it gave me the push I needed to finally go for it and turn that lifelong passion into a career.
I absolutely love inspiring and supporting people through fitness and health, helping them feel stronger not just physically, but mentally too. Joining JCFullBodyFitness has truly been my dream job, and I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love every day. Working with such an amazing group of boot campers is a constant reminder of why I started — the community, the energy, and the shared commitment to feeling better together.
Alongside this, I’m a busy mum of three and balance another career, which makes this role even more meaningful to me. Fitness has always been my anchor and being able to share that with others means everything.
