If you’re committed to gaining or maintaining general fitness and endurance, this is an amazing and positive experience. It’s challenging, fun and leaves you exhausted but buzzing. Such an awesome and friendly set up created by Jon and his team. Loads of sessions available to make it easy to get to as many as you want and fit around work. Really hard sessions but the results are fantastic. You leave feeling like you've done a hard workout, but feel great. By far the best one around. Jon and his team are excellent coaches and help you with each of the varied exercises. Lots of great social things to get involved with too. Always a great group of friendly, like minded people at every session.

I've tried many fitness classes and gyms and I've never been able to stick to anything but this. Every session is different and each session works every part of your body. I love the mix of cardio and strength training. Despite large numbers at sessions, the coaches are fantastic at making sure you get 1:1 time by checking your form.
